DRAWING
All drawings are done in as fast as 24hrs from Monday - Saturday all year long.
We do our best to process orders as quickly as we can so we can fulfill our 24-hour turnaround time for drawings. If it's not started yet, we may possibly cancel it. Please reach out to us at contact@ecomartists.com and provide the order number as well as the reason for cancellation/change.
We have unlimited revisions and we'll not stop until you are 100% satisfied.
It's entirely up to you if you want custom background or texts for your photo. We'll gladly accommodate any special requests.
SHIPPING
Once the drawing is approved, we'll produce and ship all orders within 10-14 business days.
As of now, we do not offer express shipping.
The shipping time may take 10-14 days. A tracking number will be received in order for you to monitor the package.
We'll assist you in tracking it down. All you have to do is send the order number to contact@ecomartists.com and our support team will provide you with an update.
It depends on the product and delivery location but most packages are shipped with USPS. A package sent to non-US location will be delivered by your local mail carrier when it arrives at the country of destination.
Customs fees and taxes may apply to orders delivered outside of the United States. It varies depending on the country of destination and it is charged by customs, hence it is to be paid by the recipient.
DELIVERED
Please contact our support team as soon as you can and provide the order number and photo as proof that it's indeed defective/incorrect/damaged. We'll make things right by sending a replacement item.
Sometimes, an order with several items are shipped separately as there's different production process for each product and different facilities are utilized too.
We are confident that you'll enjoy the product as it's designed, personalized and fulfilled with overflowing love from us. As much as we want to accept return/exchange, we will not be able to because it's made specifically for you.
