This article is a very handy step-by step guide to help you setup a new Etsy shop selling hand drawn products. 1. Choose any "Off Platform" Product inside the Ecomartists platform.
2. If Creating a "Custom Product", then use the correct "Product Print-file".
3. Use our Character Placeholders in Your Design.
4. Upload your custom design as a PSD file (same pixels as printfile) & Submit for Review.
5. The Ecomartists team will Approve Your Design, letting your know it its safe to start selling.
6. Once approved, Create the product On Etsy, using EA product Mockups & Pre-made Ad images.
7. When You make a sale, come back to Ea platform, Order the Product & Submit the Customer images & Details.
8. View Order status inside EA platform.

If you do not already have an Etsy store or an etsy profile, You will first need to signup for an account.
Once you have an Etsy Profile, go to etsy.com/sell to create your Etsy Store.
Once you have Etsy account, there are some important settings you need to setup. Follow the sets below.
Give Your Shop a Fun Rememerable Name and a Simple Logo.
This is where you want to make your shop look the best. 80% of visitors WILL visit your shops storefront to see what other products you have for sale. A nice banner is very important. Add a welcome announcement as well.
When seling on Etsy, customers love to know there is a real person behind the business, they will often send mesasges and ask for you by name, this is your chance to make your profile look good and be personalable.
Before You get paid by Etsy, you will need to give them your personal information. This includes an ID and Taxpayer information. If you are an individual, you will use your personal information, if you are an LLC you will use your LLC information.
Etsy Makes this Process very simple. Just make sure you go to each tab and generate your policies. Read thru them, and if you need to adjust or make changes speciifc to your business model, then you can do so. Otherwise just leave them as default.
This is the MOST IMPORTANT step when setting up your shop. It is HOW YOU GET PAID. Add your bank account, your credit card to pay for Etsy fees. (if you have sales, fees will be taken directly from orders, but if you do not have sales, you must pay Etsy the listing fees, 20cent per listing)
This highly depends on the type of product you are selling. We will start with setting up a free shipping option right now, and we can setup different shipping rates later for specific product types.
The Most Important part is when setting up your Shipping profile is "ORDER PROCESSING" .
Set your "ORDER PROCESSING" to 7-8 days!
This will give enough time to draw and provide revisions, while stying compliant and keeping Etsy happy.
